Sperma Kan Die to play Trumptonshire Village Hall

Formed in the early 70’s in the former East German market town of Hahnstadt, Sperma Kan Die has attained massive mediocrity on the German Gay Metal scene. With the decline of Communism and the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, Sperma Kan Die was able to travel the world exporting their brand of gay metal. Pioneers of the Neue Dutsche Ass Movement, Sperma Kan Die is infamous for its heavy guitar riffs, prolific use of horns, extravagant stage costumes and extreme pyrotechnics. The 2004 Pink Steel Tour saw the lads descend onto stage from a giant flaming anus.

Sperma Kan Die is a nineteen man outfit whose interests include basket weaving, Lacrosse and general bum buggery. Their names (in alphabetical order): Adolph, Alaric, Dieter, Englebert, Ernst, Faxon, Franz, Fritz, Heinrich, Helmut, Herman, Johan, Kurt, Lamar, Otto, Rudolph, Sigmund, Ulrich and Wolfgang.

Sperma Kan Die is currently on the Brown Star Records label. Their albums include Gun Metal (1974), Up Close and Gay with Sidney James (1976), Dirt Box Diaries with Fleetwood Mac (1980), Go Hard (1986), I've Spilt My Mess (1988), Eat Cock And Die (1990), Mangina The Movie O.S.T. (1994), Up The Pupah (1996) and Gary Glitter – Up The Shitter (2004). Their most famous hit was in 1971 when they were commissioned to write the Murder Mystery Theme for the T.V. series Colombo.

They now live in Swindon.
