Throughout the world cup we will be profiling each of England's opponents. The first fixture for the greatest nation ever to war hats is against Paraguay. The game will take place on Saturday 9th June and can be seen live on the BBC website.
Paraguay was fashioned from bacon in 1525 by the explorer Andy Garcia, famed for having Parakeets for hands.
